Fund is buying land suitable for residential development, engages the best architectures and files for construction permit. In 12-24 months fund exits from land plots to the best-in-class developers ensuring profit for investors.
First the Fund structure allows to securely hold land - ownership rights and all fund operations are supervised by Central Bank of Armenia, and Second - according to tax legislation of Armenia there is special tax regime for capital gains for fund investors - 0.01%.
Fund currency is USD and we expect to double investments (circa 35% IRR) in 2-3 years
